Calumo Application: Unsupported Excel Chart Types and Recommended Alternatives¶
Overview¶
The Calumo application currently does not support the following Excel chart types. This means you will be unable to create or display these specific chart formats directly within Calumo reports, dashboards, or embedded Excel workbooks using Calumo functionality. If your data visualization or reporting requirements involve any of these unsupported chart types, please refer to the alternative chart options provided by Calumo as described below.

Recommended Alternative: Using Calumo Charts¶
If you need to visualize your data using chart types not supported by Calumo, please use the built-in Calumo chart options. Follow these steps to add an alternative chart to your report:
Steps to Insert a Calumo Chart¶
- Go to the Calumo option available in the Excel ribbon.
- Click on the Chart icon.
- In the Chart Designer screen, select the required view and click OK.
- Once the view is loaded, select the alternative chart from the Chart Designer screen.
- Click the Tick icon to add the chart to your report.
Note:
If you require a visualization similar to an unsupported chart type, review the available Calumo chart types and select the most appropriate alternative from the Chart Designer.
