Core roles¶
The four Core roles built-in to CALUMO are as follows: Administrator, Publish Administrator, Meta Admin, and Dimension Maintainer. The permissions for these roles are pre-configured, and cannot be changed.
Administrator¶
The Administrator role includes every permission defined in Role Permissions.
Publish Administrator¶
The Publish Administrator role includes permissions related to publishing reports.

| ADMIN_PUBLICATIONS | Publications administration - A user with this permission can access the publication maintenance feature. |
| PUBLISHER | Publisher - A user with this permission is able to add new CALUMO apps, add new folders, add new URLs, upload files and publish reports. |
Meta Admin¶
The Meta Admin role includes permissions to Meta Authoring with the artefact system in CALUMO as well as Dimension Maintenance.

| ADMIN_DIMENSIONMAINT | Dimension maintenance - A user with this permission can see and use Dimension Maintenance features found in the Administration menu. |
| METAADMIN | Meta admin - A user with this permission can see the Meta authoring switch, turn on Meta authoring as well as add descriptions to artefacts in the CALUMO system. |
Dimension Maintainers¶
The Dimension Maintainers role gives permission to Maintain Dimensions within the Data Drawer in CALUMO.
