Send diagnostic information from the CALUMO Office Client to CALUMO Support

Within the CALUMO Office Client, whether you are using it from Word, Excel or PowerPoint, you can produce a set of diagnostic logs that you can send to CALUMO Support. Use the following steps to do this:

  • From the CALUMO ribbon, select the item About in the group Help (see images below) and click Copy log files to desktop
  • This will create a zip file called** calumo.client.logs.zip** on your desktop and then open Windows Explorer to that location
  • This zip file contains all the client logs and settings that are used in the CALUMO Office Client
  • Create an email to CALUMO Support (support@calumo.com ), or reply to the email from CALUMO Support requesting the logs
  • Attach this zip file to the email and send it back to us.
