Update CALUMO Server Configuration

There several configuration values that need to be modified in the CALUMO Server Configuration.

Setting	Value
Active Directory Connection (LDAP)	Set this to the correct LDAP string for the Active Directory that is being connected and also set the username and password properties. See Configuration for LDAP this for more information on configuring LDAP in your environment.
DefaultDomain	The name of the Active Directory domain.
FormsAuthDisableRememberMe	Set to true or false depending on whether users will be allowed to save their credentials (false)
MustBeCalumoUser	Set to true
