Role Management¶
Permissions¶
The following table provides a list of permissions and how they affect the CALUMO system:

| ADMIN_ACCESSCONTROL | Access control administration - A user with this permission can see and use the Admin menu Access Control item. This admin function allows groups to be assigned to resources. |
| ADMIN_AUTHORIZEDPROCS | Authorized procs administration - A user with this permission can see and use the Admin menu Authorized Procs menu item. |
| ADMIN_CUBEEVENTS | Cube Events administration - A user with this permission can see and use the Cube Events function found in the Administration menu. |
| ADMIN_DIMENSIONMAINT | Dimension maintenance - A user with this permission can see and use Dimension Maintenance features found in the Administration menu. |
| ADMIN_EDITABLETABLES | Editable tables maintenance - A user with this permission can access the Editable Tables Administration menu. |
| ADMIN_GROUPMANAGEMENT | Group Management - A user with this permission can create, edit and delete groups, as well as assign users to selected groups. |
| ADMIN_NOTIFICATIONS | Notifications - A user with this permission can see the CALUMO system notifications. |
| ADMIN_PERSPECTIVES | Perspectives - A user with this permission can see and click on the CALUMO perspectives icon in the data drawer. |
| ADMIN_POWERPIVOTDEPLOYMENT | PowerPivot Deployment - A user with this permission can deploy artefacts to PowerPivot. |
| ADMIN_PUBLICATIONS | Publications administration - A user with this permission can access the publication maintenance feature. |
| ADMIN_REBUILDCACHE | Rebuild Cache - A user with this permission can choose to rebuild the cube data caches maintained by the CALUMO system. |
| ADMIN_REPORTVAULT | Report Vault - A user with this permission can view, download, edit and delete published reports. |
| ADMIN_ROLEMANAGEMENT | Role management - A user with this permission can read, create and delete roles. This feature can also be used to add and remove permissions from roles. This does not include changing permissions of the four Core roles as they are locked to permission changes. |
| ADMIN_SERVERCONFIGURATION | Server configuration - A user with this permission can modify the lower level configuration items for the client instance. |
| ADMIN_SERVERLOGS | Server logs display - A user with this permission can view and search the client instance server logs. |
| ADMIN_STARTPAGES | Start page configuration - A user with this permission can view, edit, display and delete start pages. This includes assigning other users to each start page. |
| ADMIN_USERMANAGEMENT | User management - A user with this permission can assign users to groups. |
| MANAGE_DATADRAWER | Data Drawer - A user with this permission can manage items in the data drawer, make public, rename, delete and set global default.  |
| METAADMIN | Meta admin - A user with this permission can see the Meta authoring switch, turn on Meta authoring as well as add descriptions to artefacts in the CALUMO system. |
| PUBLISHER | Publisher - A user with this permission is able to add new CALUMO apps, add new folders, add new URLs, upload files and publish reports. |
