Improved Calumo Excel Office Client > Excel Batch Processing

Admins can enable formula batch processing to improve performance for large Excel reports. To enable, go to CALUMO Admin > Settings > Feature Settings and set Excel Batch: Enable Formula Batching to true.

Key settings include batch size (default 10,000 cells) and max cells per report (default 2,00,000). Users see progress updates during processing and can cancel if needed. Reports exceeding limits will show an error message.

Improved Apps > Non-admin users are now restricted from accessing all apps in Calumo by default. Apps are visible only to administrators unless a specific group is assigned. Once a group is assigned to an app, it becomes visible to both the group members and administrators. If no group is assigned, the app remains visible only to admins.
Improved Apps > When a user tries to access an app they no longer have permissions for, the user will see message as “Don’t have access to App, contact Admin for access.” instead of “An unrecoverable error has occurred”.
Improved Visual beta > Resolved an issue where an error occurred during report loading. With this enhancement, visual reports now open without errors, and the error toast message no longer appears on initial load or reload.
Fixed Excel Formula > CINFO > Fixed an issue where CINFO formula returns the arguments in a published report.
Fixed Skylight > The height and width of the masked Image of the charts are accurately adjusted based on the selected area in Skylight.
Fixed Publications > The New and Old UI now behave consistently: toolbar icons appear only when a publication is selected or created, ensuring a cleaner, more focused interface.
Fixed Visual Beta > Fixed an issue where users encountered a blank screen after saving a new report. Reports now load immediately upon saving.
Fixed Library > The “My” Section now auto-refreshes when a favourite item is deleted, instantly removing it without any action required.
Fixed Apps > The “Open in New Tab” option has been disabled in the Apps tab to prevent the Calumo application from opening within the New App when users try to open it in a new browser window.
Fixed Apps > The Copy, Email, and Open in New Tab icons are now disabled in the New Apps tab to prevent them from not working during new app creation.
Fixed Apps > Reloading an app set as the Start Page in non-edit mode now works smoothly, even with the “Hide Toolbar” flag enabled.
Fixed Editable table > A default column width is set which ensures all columns remain visible, even if one is set to a larger size.
Fixed Editable table > Validation messages now only appear for the specific field with an error in the Custom Editable Table, making it easier for users to identify and fix issues.
Fixed Editable table > In the Custom Editable Table, validation messages now appear only for the specific field in error, ensuring that other valid columns do not display the same message.
Fixed Server Configuration > If name is not entered in added data souce mappings and clicked on hamberburg icon, a warning message is displayed as “Invalid data source details. Unable to show sessions.” instead of “unexpected error”.
Fixed Start pages > Views can now be added to the Start Pages.
Fixed Start pages > Fixed an Issue with the search bar and now it displays only Apps, Views, Reports and URLs.
Fixed Authorized Procs > The “Connection failed” error now appears as a toast notification instead of inline next to the checkbox.
Fixed Server Configuration > The layout now initializes properly before resizing, preventing errors when reloading the Server Configuration page.
Fixed Server Logs > The Server Logs page now stops updating once the user navigates away, improving performance and reducing unnecessary resource usage.
